[Sound] Engine sound file combined with a car

The option that when a new car is created (in future hopefully will have car editor) one can attach an engine sound with it, be it rally, F1, Moto etc etc

Its a must be! otherwise no correct sound could be connected to the user generated car Filestructure will be a XML too, like the racetracks, in an open format. File must be located within the *.grc File as a readable format like *.wav, *.ogg, *.mp3
