Penalty Line- A line/invisible wall that can apply a +2 second penalty if a car tyre crosses it.

an invisible barrier you could outline in the map editor (shows up as say transparent red line) that if your vehicle crosses it during a race, it could add a penalty to that racer? Like IRL +2 second penalty for crossing the 'line'.
Useful for a pro-mode trying to be as realistic as possible, works alongside grass slowing the car or 'speed bumps'.
