[Sound] Lap Number

During yesterday's testing session 12/11/21 a user mentioned the idea of having the game announcing the lap number in sound example: Lap 1, Lap 2.... Final Lap
These options were decided:
Setting 1: Lap1, Lap2....Final Lap
Setting 2: 3 Laps remaining, 2 laps remaining......Final Lap
Setting 3: No sound / option disabled.
