[UI/Custom UI] Lap Information and Fuel Information

It was mentioned during testing session that the LAP NUMBER / POSITION and FUEL INFO and maybe also DAMAGE INFO are close to each other.
Such games makes it very difficult to look for information while driving. So it was suggested that these widgets/information are all in one place whick makes it slightly easier to give a fast look.
