[Game mode] Rally!

As the spiritual successor to the game we know, i feel like this game in the future should include a specific focus also on the "rally" part of the predecessor name

So i suggest to add a specific mode about timed point to point races in winch every stage time set is being added too the total rally time.

For this, also a specific physics for gravel, sand, snow and mud should be added as well, off-tarmac races are a big part of rallying

Also we might include some modern and historic cars and maybe a couple tracks to ship with the game, all the rest will be done by us users

No, as you know - we are clearly distance ourselves from another top down racing games. Just to clarify.

Rally is okay, of course, because its a very common mode of racing in the world.
And additional mode is, of course, a good idea.

Rally mode is great.
Maybe with different starting times at the same map. Every 2 or 3 seconds spawn the next car in the same spot to start one by one.
Some kind of roadbook would be great. Just a few commands for direction or navigation points.
